Hey, where did my original comment go?

Let me repost...

Let's all get together and petition to have the giant scrotum in front of Powell's books removed. It is an utter failure of a sculpture in every way. Does the artist have good connections, or is this a failure of decision making? How does something so offensive to working artists get so prominent a spot?
